• on Saturday, 06/17/2023, from 7:30 a.m. onwards

Cyclists participate in marathon around Pohorje to enjoy the ride and all the beautiful places along the road. Purpose of the event is also to promote a healthy lifesyle and encourage physical activity.

„We would like you to set an example for young cyclists who participate in such recreational event for the first time and to motivate them. The winners will be all participants who reach the finishing line in time and are satisfied with their achievement. We will do our best to make this cycling event enjoyable for all participants,“ event organiser KD Branik Maribor said.

Reasons why you shouldn’t miss this year’s marathon Around Pohorje 2023.

Because it is suitable for everybody and because

• between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. there will be extensive accompanying and animating program for participants of all ages,
• different exhibitors will introduce themselves,
• we will take care that you will not be hungry,
• each participant will receive a sponsor gift bag, a commemorative medal and a warm meal,
• the marathon is suitable for the whole family and cyclists of all ages and fitness levels,
• we will hang out and have a lot of fun!
